Comfort animals do not fall under the same regulations and are not allowed in our theaters. If you have questions regarding the law, please visit the American Disability Act website.

The safety of our guests is our top priority. Because of this, we cannot allow guests of any age to wear masks, face paint, or anything that obscures the face. (Masks for health reasons are an exception.)

Skateboards, Hoverboards, & Scooters
For the safety of guests, we cannot allow skateboards, hoverboards, or scooters inside the theater. These recreational transportation boards can be a safety hazard when introduced into the theater environment. In addition, management and employees should never hold any such items for the guest and will ask the guest to remove them from the theater entirely.
Lost & Found
Fairchild Cinemas is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Before leaving the auditorium, please check around your seat for any personal belongings. For assistance, contact a staff member.
Piracy
Recording any movie inside the theater is illegal. No recording devices (cell phones, cameras, video recorders, sound recorders, etc.) are permitted to be used within any Fairchild Cinemas location. In consideration of all our guests, Fairchild Cinemas asks that you please refrain from using cell phones, tablets, or any other personal communication device while inside an auditorium.
Smoking
Washington State law prohibits the use of any cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or cigars inside public buildings. Those wishing to smoke must do so outside and must be at least 25 feet from a public entrance or exit.
Seat Selection Policy
Guests must select seats in a manner consistent with normal and reasonable use of the seating system. Any seat selection pattern deemed by management to be abusive, intentionally obstructive, or inconsistent with standard use may be subject to correction.
